ABOUT THE PROJECT
CHALLENGE
Secret project developed for a well known strategic agency based in London and a well established producer of cleaning supplies. I was asked to presents some blue sky thinking proposals around the future of washing. The task was: ‘to take the lead and develop the winning next generation single unit dose/capsule for future global markets.’
MY ROLE
Solo project developed in one week and presented to the companies during a workshop. Despite the short time to develop the concepts, I have structured the research behind the concepts to gain useful insights to be able to design some concepts about the capsules of the future.
APPROACH
Market research about washing capsule brands has been conducted along with observation of four users while doing their washing, in order to gain valuable insights. Trend analysis about the future of the washing machines and sensorial experience has also been developed. Five proposals (hand sketches) were presented and discussed during a workshop with the companies.
